Welcome to The Outdoor Inclusion Coalition’s Gear Library!

This website allows Outdoor Inclusion Coalition members to schedule equipment and apparel rentals for their programming and trip needs. For more information about our organization and ways to get involved, please visit our website at www.theoic.org.

Steps to reserve gear:

  1. Complete a Camping Training with the Outdoor Inclusion Coalition Team.
  2. After successful completion, the OIC staff will activate your MyTurn account and send you the login information.
  3. Login for the first time.
  4. Search our inventory and add available gear to your cart.
  5. Select the time you need the gear and submit your request. OIC staff will follow-up to confirm your reservation and establish trailer drop-off.
  6. We will drop off your gear in the mobile gear trailer. We'll schedule a pick-up time during drop-off. Loan duration is maximum of 7 days unless a longer loan is pre-approved by OIC staff.
  7. Have a great trip! We love to see pictures of our gear in action and appreciate any photos you can share.
  8. Follow all directions for packing up gear.

You are responsible for gear that is lost or damaged due to negligent use. Our Gear Library staff inspects each piece of gear when it is returned and will write an invoice for the cost of any necessary replacement or repair. Gear replacement prices are shown for each item in our inventory.
